Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges  

  • Buyer must return item within 7 days of delivery
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • 10% restocking fee
  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition
  • No Returns or Exchanges on Custom and Personalized Embroidery

We do accept Exchanges.  If you would like to exchange an item, you must contact madeandmendedsewing@gmail.com. within 3 days from receiving your order.   Once you have contacted us to receive an exchange, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.    The buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling fees associated with the exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception.  You must contact Made and Mended LLC within 3 days of receiving your order at madeandmendedsewing@gmail.com.  if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, free of charge.

We do not accept cancellations.  Please contact us with any questions before you place your order.
